Lend a Hand: Support the Tualatin Food Pantry

At Northwest Cannabis Company, we believe in more than just offering Oregon’s largest selection of top-tier cannabis— we believe in building up and serving the community.

This season, we're raising funds and collecting food donations for the Tualatin Food Pantry— and you can help us make a real impact. They are a local organization that provides emergency food supplies to families, individuals, and seniors across the Tualatin area.

The holiday season can be particularly tough for families dealing with food insecurity, and the Tualatin Food Pantry relies heavily on community-driven efforts like food drives to keep their shelves stocked.

How Can You Contribute?

Our goal is to raise $1000, and to sweeten the deal, we’ll enter you into a raffle to win a stunning $600 glass gravity bong from Stündenglass. It’s easy to get involved:

Buy a Lighter, Enter to Win: Help us reach our goal– purchase a lighter for $2.99, and $1 of that sale goes straight to the food pantry. Plus, you'll automatically be entered into the raffle for the gravity bong!

Bring Non-Perishable Donations: Got canned food or pantry staples? Drop them off at our store to directly support the pantry’s shelves. While there's no raffle entrance for bringing in items, your generosity helps those in need.

Donations will run into November 27th. The winner of the bong will be drawn that day, so don’t miss your chance to enter and support a great cause!

Why Tualatin Food Pantry?

Founded in 2004 by local leaders passionate about reducing hunger, the Tualatin Food Pantry has grown into a crucial resource for thousands of people in our community. Their mission is simple yet profound: alleviate food insecurity with dignity and choice.

  • The pantry serves over 850 households each month, distributing critical food items and personal supplies to those who need them most.

  • The pantry is powered by an incredible team of volunteers who donated over 9,500 hours of service in 2023 alone, equivalent to nearly five full-time staff members.

  • By partnering with the Oregon Food Bank and local farmers, they’re able to offer a wide variety of fresh and non-perishable foods, ensuring no one has to face hunger.

  • In 2023, the pantry provided over 398,000 pounds of food to families in Tualatin, Lake Oswego, and surrounding areas.
